How KULT Koin work
Koin are the KULT membership balance. Every purchase gives 1% of what you spend back as Koin, multiplied by your tier. Koin come from shopping at Kultura Store PIM and Kemang (give your phone number at the till), PSA submissions through kioskultura, and fangir.com. Koin are valid for 12 months from the day you receive them, the oldest are used first, and your nearest expiry date always shows in your balance. At the Kultura Store till, up to 50% of a bill can be paid with Koin. New members get up to 150.000 welcome Koin. Koin are not cash and cannot be sent to anyone else.

At the Kultura Store PIM and Kemang tills, PSA submissions through kioskultura, and rewards in the KULT catalogue. Each reward's terms are shown in full before you confirm.
Do Koin expire?
Yes, 12 months from the day you receive them. The oldest are used first. Your nearest expiry date shows in your balance.
Can Koin be exchanged for money?
No. Koin work only in the Kultura ecosystem, cannot be swapped for cash and cannot be sent to another member.
KULT membership is free. All it takes is a WhatsApp number.
